Typical mess of sandbags falling apart because of the deterioration of the bag. Later fiberglas bags were an improvement, so the bunkers lasted a little bit longer. But, falling apart sandbags were part of the VL landscape quite a bit. This would rapidly change after yet another mortar attack!!
